No ban on sale of condoms to minors, want pharmacists to counsel them: Karnataka

The Drugs Control Department of Karnataka has denied issuing a circular banning sale of condoms to minors. "There is no ban on the sale of condoms or other contraceptives to people of any age group," the department said, adding that it is asking pharmacists to counsel minors to prevent them from purchasing condoms and oral contraceptives.
