No breach or violation by us: Kotak Group on BharatPe MD's legal notice

The Kotak Group confirmed receiving a legal notice from BharatPe's MD Ashneer Grover and his wife on October 30, 2021. "We would like to confirm that there is no breach or violation by the Kotak Group in any manner whatsoever," Kotak's statement read. Grover has accused the bank of failing to secure financing and allocation of shares in Nykaa's IPO.
