No bullets fired, only tear gas used: Govt on Rahul Gandhi's claims

After Congress' Rahul Gandhi claimed Union Home Minister Amit Shah ordered firing at student protesters; Union Minister Jitendra Singh clarified that no shots were fired and only tear gas was used. "Since no shots were fired, the question of issuing an order doesn't arise. The authority to issue such an order rests with the magistrate, not the minister," he said.
