No caste census in Bihar because of BJP, PM Modi: Lalu Prasad Yadav

Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party for lack of caste-based census in the state. "Narendra Modi and BJP are planning to ensure that there is no caste-based census. The population of SC/ST has risen. Hence, the government has to give jobs to them," Yadav said.
