No coercive action against OpIndia CEO, Editor for 4 weeks: SC

The Supreme Court on Friday directed against any coercive action against OpIndia CEO Rahul Roushan and Editor Nupur J Sharma over allegations of spreading fake news about attacks on Bihar migrants in Tamil Nadu. The court, however, refused to quash the FIR lodged against them in Tamil Nadu and asked the petitioners to approach the Madras High Court for relief.
