No confidence in govt's understanding of crypto: Former Finance Secretary

Former Finance Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg said that he has no confidence in the government's ability of understanding complexities of cryptocurrency. He said this after the government failed to table the Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill in the Parliament.
