No-confidence motion submitted against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla

Congress and other Opposition MPs submitted the notice of no-confidence motion against Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said. The notice, carrying 118 signatures, has been submitted to the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha. This comes after Birla allegedly didn't allow LoP Rahul Gandhi to speak during the Budget session. The notice alleged his "blatantly partisan" conduct.
