No Congress resolution on Rahul's elevation as President

The Congress Working Committee (CWC) has not passed a resolution on elevating party Vice President Rahul Gandhi to the post of President, as was misreported earlier. At a meeting held on Monday, the CWC approved a schedule for the election of the party chief, in which the last date for filing of nominations is December 4.
