No divorce, no eviction, no demolition for 1 month: Allahabad HC

Amid 21-day lockdown, the Allahabad High Court (HC) said all interim orders passed by it and its Lucknow bench, district courts, civil courts, family courts and other courts, have been extended till April 26. This will impact decisions on divorce and child custody cases. "The orders of eviction...demolition passed...will not be executed for a month," said Allahabad HC Chief Justice.
