No foreign intervention needed in Hormuz, no plan to meet US: Iran

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said there was no need for any foreign country, including France, to intervene in matters concerning Strait of Hormuz amid escalating Middle East tensions. "Iran has no plan to meet US officials at any level in the coming days," Baghaei added. Notably, Iranian officials are scheduled to meet their Qatari counterparts on Wednesday.
