No fuel for vehicles without PUC certificate in UP districts in Delhi-NCR from Oct 1

Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate won't get fuel in Uttar Pradesh regions falling in the Delhi-NCR, like Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Meerut, from October 1. This rule will also apply in Hapur, Bulandshahr, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat and Shamli to reduce air pollution in the region. The 'No PUC, No Fuel' rule is already applicable in Delhi.
