No guarantee you'll return: SC as it rejects Indrani's plea to travel abroad

Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the plea of Indrani Mukerjea, who is accused of killing her daughter Sheena Bora, challenging a Bombay High Court ruling that denied her permission to travel abroad. "Since the trial is ongoing, bail cannot be granted," the Supreme Court said, adding that there is no guarantee that Mukerjea will come back.
