No Indian firm in list of world's 100 most-valuable companies for the 1st time in years

No Indian firm is part of the world's 100 most-valuable companies' list for the first time in years, a signal of how a sharp sell-off hit India's corporate sector. India's most-valuable firm, Reliance Industries, has slipped from its 57th position in 2025 to 106th. HDFC Bank dropped 93 places to rank 190th, while TCS fell from 84th to 314th rank.
