Infosys CEO Salil Parekh said that the company would implement generative AI to enhance its operations, focus on opportunities for growth and expansion. Unlike other tech companies, the CEO said that Infosys would not resort to any form of layoffs instead it would retain the workforce and prepare for technological advancements.
