No limit to Rahul's hypocrisy: BJP as Congress appoints Kerala CEO as CM's Secy

BJP has criticised the Congress and Rahul Gandhi after Kerala's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Dr Rathan Kelkar, was appointed Secretary to CM VD Satheesan. "When Manoj Agarwal, CEO of West Bengal, is appointed as Chief Secretary in West Bengal, Rahul Gandhi screams 'vote chori'," BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said. "There's no limit to the hypocrisy of Rahul Gandhi," he added.
