No merit in charges against Tata Sons in AirAsia fraud: NCLT

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has dismissed all allegations against Tata Sons and Chairman Emeritus Ratan Tata in ₹22 crore AirAsia fraud citing no merit in any of the issues raised. It further dismissed Tata Sons ousted Chairman Cyrus Mistry's allegations of Tata's involvement in the fraud. "Former CEO of AirAsia India indulged in that fraud," the NCLT said.
