No nation used to engage in deals with us during Congress govt: PM

PM Modi, while speaking in Rajya Sabha, said no nation was "willing to sign a deal" with us as Congress party left India in such a condition. "Such circumstances didn't arise on their own," he said, adding today countries are engaging because of the "position India has built". "Big countries are eager to have trade relations with India," he added.
