No need for permanent middle management in AI era: Jack Dorsey

Jack Dorsey, the co-founder of Twitter (now X), said there is "no need for a permanent middle management layer" as AI can handle coordination and information flow within companies. He stated that traditional hierarchies and middle management "impede information flow" in companies. He added that he is restructuring his firm Block as a mini-AGI to boost speed and efficiency.
