No objection to survey of madrassas by UP govt: Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind

Muslim organisation Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind's President Maulana Arshad Madani has said there's no objection from the madrassas on the issue of the survey of unrecognised madrassas by Uttar Pradesh government. "There's no anger in...Muslim society about the survey," he said. "[Government] can do whatever it feels is in the national interest but there should be no efforts to target...Muslims," he added.
