No one can call any part of India 'Pakistan': Supreme Court on K'taka HC judge's remarks

The Supreme Court closed proceedings against Karnataka HC Judge Justice Vedavyasachar Srishananda, following his public apology for controversial comments made during court sessions. "No one can call any part of territory of India as Pakistan," CJI DY Chandrachud said. Justice Srishananda, addressing a landlord-tenant dispute, recently referred to a Muslim-majority area in Bengaluru as "Pakistan".
