No one responsible: Probe on Ludhiana gas leak that killed 11

A magisterial probe into the gas leak incident in Punjab's Ludhiana, in which 11 people lost their lives, has found no one responsible for it. A report submitted by the SDM to the fact-finding committee, however, called for an "in-depth scrutiny [and] analysis by various agencies". The incident took place in April in the Giaspura area.
