No paper leak happening today, says Vaishnaw & laughs when asked about anti-paper leak Bill

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw was asked on Friday if the Union Cabinet passed any Bill on paper leaks, amid massive protests across the country. "No paper leak is happening today," Vaishnaw said and laughed. Reports claimed that the Bill, which mandates stricter punishment and fine, has been passed by the Cabinet.
