No plans to buy Jaiprakash Associates' cement unit: Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises clarified it is not evaluating plans to buy Jaiprakash Associates' cement unit. This development comes amid reports that the firm was in advanced discussion with Jaiprakash Power Ventures to acquire its cement unit for around ₹5,000 crore. Adani Enterprises said, "Company isn't evaluating any such proposal...not in a position to comment on the veracity of said media report."
