No public injury: HC as it rejects PIL against EC's officer transfer orders in WB

The Calcutta High Court has rejected a PIL challenging the transfer of officers by the EC after the poll dates announced in the West Bengal. "We're constrained to hold that the writ petitioner couldn't establish that because of officers' transfers...any public injury is caused," the court said. The polls in the state will be held on April 23 and 29.
