No PUC, no fuel rule to be enforced across Delhi-NCR from tomorrow

Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) will not be allowed to refuel at gas stations across Delhi-NCR from October 1. All 500 fuel stations equipped with automatic number plate recognition cameras will enforce the campaign, with action planned against pumps that fail to comply. This is part of Delhi government's action plan aimed at fighting winter smog.
