No time-bound trial in Shraddha Walkar murder case as HC junks plea

The Delhi High Court has junked a plea seeking a time-bound trial in the 2022 Shraddha Walkar murder case. The court said the trial court is conducting day-to-day proceedings and taking steps to conclude the case as soon as possible. The main accused in the case is Shraddha's boyfriend Aftab Poonawalla, who allegedly dismembered her body too.
