No update from MEA: Family of Indian crew member detained by Iran in Dec

Mukesh Mehta, father of Ketan Mehta who was detained by Iran along with 15 other Indians in December, said the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) had asked for his son’s passport, which was provided, but there has been no update since. Claiming his son is innocent, Mehta urged PM Narendra Modi to use "diplomatic influence" to bring him back.
