No video of comedian Munawar Faruqui insulting Hindu Gods: Police

The Indore Police said they have no video evidence to show that comedian Munawar Faruqui insulted Hindu deities or Home Minister Amit Shah during a show. Faruqui and four others were arrested on Friday for allegedly hurting religious sentiments. Tukaganj Police Station's Town Inspector Kamlesh Sharma said videos submitted by the complainant showed another comedian cracking jokes about Lord Ganesh.
