No women in K'taka Cabinet, deeply disappointed: Congress' Alva

Veteran Congress leader Margaret Alva congratulated DK Shivakumar after he was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Karnataka. "I would have loved to have seen at least one Congress woman in the new Karnataka Cabinet that was sworn in," Alva added. "Deeply disappointed that there isn't," she stated. Thirteen ministers also took the oath during the ceremony.
