Nobody forcing anyone, debate is silly: Pai on long workweek row

Former Infosys CFO Mohandas Pai called the debate over long working hours "silly" and a "waste of airtime". "Nobody is compelling anybody to work 70-hour weeks. CEO expressed their views. And it is their view, not any norm or compulsion," Pai said. Earlier, L&T Chairman and MD SN Subrahmanyan said employees should work 90 hours a week, even on Sundays.
