Noel, 3 other Tata Trusts trustees accuse Venu, Vijay Singh of fiduciary breach

Sir Dorabji Tata Trust Chairman Noel Tata and three other trustees accused vice-chairmen Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh of breaching their fiduciary duties. They questioned their sudden backing of the Tata Sons listing, saying they failed to inform other trustees of their "epiphanies". Srinivasan and Singh recently objected to Tata Trusts' merger proposal that could keep Tata Sons unlisted.
