Noel takes Tata Sons dispute to RBI, lists risks of listing & says 'It'll break group'

The Tata Sons dispute reached the RBI as Tata Trusts Chairman and Ratan Tata's half-brother Noel Tata wrote to the central bank, opposing the listing of the conglomerate's holding company, Moneycontrol reported. Tata cited risks to the company's philanthropic objectives, saying that a listing could force the company to cater to short-term market expectations. "It'll break the group," he wrote.
