Noel Tata becomes largest Tata family shareholder in Tata Sons

Noel Tata has become the largest Tata family shareholder in Tata Sons after his holdings increased to 4,058 shares from 2,055. The change came after ex-director of the group Simone Tata transferred her assets, including Tata Sons shares, to him. He now holds a 1% stake, surpassing the 0.83% stake previously held by his late half-brother, Ratan Tata.
