Noel Tata seeks details of board meet that reappointed Chandrasekaran: Report

Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata is seeking the video recording and minutes of the September 17 Tata Sons board meeting that decided to reappoint N Chandrasekaran as chairman, ET reported. He also questioned the process of obtaining legal opinions after the meeting to defend the reappointment. Noel further said he was not given adequate time to present his views.
