Noel Tata to meet RBI over keeping Tata Sons unlisted: Report

Noel Tata, Chairman of Tata Trusts, will meet RBI officials by month-end to discuss retaining Tata Sons as an unlisted company, Moneycontrol reported. The meeting will be his first since Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran announced he would step down in February 2027. "Noel Tata wants the uncertainties on listing to be put to rest soon," a source said.
