Noel Tata vs Chandrasekaran becomes Singhvi vs Salve as both sides hire lawyers

The rift between Noel Tata-led Tata Trusts and Tata Sons over the decision to reappoint N Chandrasekaran as chairman has now intensified with both sides appointing a slew of lawyers. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has been advising Tata Trusts and they have also retained Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Mukul Rohatgi. Tata Sons are being advised by Anagram Partners and Harish Salve.
