Noida amends Master Plan-2031 to allot 5% plots to farmers

Noida Authority has amended its Master Plan-2031 to earmark residential plots on land adjoining existing village abadi areas, potentially benefiting nearly 12,000 farmers awaiting 5% plot allotments against acquired land. The proposal will invite public objections before being forwarded to the Uttar Pradesh government for final approval.
