Noida e-way declared 'breakdown challan' zone for commercial vehicles

Noida Traffic Police has designated Noida Expressway as 'breakdown challan' stretch, which means fines will be imposed if vehicle breaks down on the stretch. However, currently the rule targets commercial vehicles only. Vehicles left on the expressway will have their owners fined, and they will get their vehicles seized. The fines will be levied with penalties ranging from ₹5,000-₹20,000.
