Noida home prices up 125% in 7 yrs; more than B'luru, Mumbai & Delhi: Report

A report by property consultant Anarock revealed that average residential prices in Noida surged 125% in 7 years, outpacing Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. Noida's residential cost rose from ₹4,795 per sqft in 2019 to ₹10,780 per sqft in 2026. Home prices during this period rose by 117% in Gurugram, 90% in Bengaluru, 64% in Mumbai and 47% in Delhi.
