Noida man enters muddy water tank, reveals broken ladder

A video showing the inside of a large water tank in Noida’s Sector 11 went viral on Instagram. The footage showed thick layers of mud, damaged ladders and pipes inside the tank. The cleaning process reportedly required four to five people, prompting social media users to flag potential health and safety risks.
