Noida police launch 'Operation FAST' for ambulance passage

Gautam Budh Nagar police launched 'Operation FAST' (Fast Ambulance Seamless Transition) on Friday, establishing a 24x7 ambulance traffic control room with a dedicated helpline (9218981716). It creates green corridors, rolling traffic clearance, and coordinates hospitals and ambulance operators. A trial saw an ambulance cover 12km in 10 minutes, aligned with UP's Zero Fatality District initiative.
