Noida-based fintech startup Pine Labs has raised $285 million in a funding round from Baron Capital Group, Duro Capital, Marshall Wace, Moore Strategic Ventures and Ward Ferry Management, among others. The funding reportedly values it at $3 billion. Earlier in April, Pine Labs had announced acquisition of Malaysian loyalty and cashback platform Fave in a cash-and-stock deal worth $45 million.
