Nokia to allow employees to work remotely for up to 3 days a week

Nokia on Tuesday announced that its employees can choose to work up to three days a week remotely from January. Nokia said it conducted a survey last year, in which a majority of its employees said they wanted a hybrid model of work. Nokia will redesign offices to allocate roughly 70% of the space to collaboration and team work.
