Non-IT sectors led the hiring growth in India this year, according to a report by Naukri. Education hiring rose sharply at 28% YoY, followed by hospitality at 23% YoY and real estate at 17% YoY. IT-software hiring declined by 2% in the first quarter but showed signs of stabilisation from Q2 onwards, the report noted.
