Normal air traffic resumes after flights grounded amid system glitch in US
Normal air traffic operations have begun resuming in the US as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) scrambled to fix a system outage that halted many departing flights. "The ground stop has been lifted. We continue to look into the cause of the initial problem," FAA tweeted. Over 4,000 flights were delayed, while more than 700 flights were cancelled earlier today.
