Over 100 students fell ill at a primary school in Taiyuan, China, with sudden vomiting and diarrhoea linked to a suspected norovirus outbreak. Classes were suspended as authorities began disinfection and investigation. Norovirus, a leading cause of gastroenteritis, spreads rapidly and can cause dehydration, especially in children and vulnerable groups.
