North and South Bengaluru to get Lalbagh-style parks

A Lalbagh-style botanical garden will be developed in North Bengaluru. The park will come up on Forest Department land and will be named after Basavanna. Authorities are also considering a similar park in South Bengaluru. The GBA and the city corporation will financially back the project and provide assistance.
