North Korea releases pic of Kim Jong-un watching hypersonic missile test

North Korea has released a picture showing leader Kim Jong-un officially attending a missile launch for first time in nearly two years. It was North Korea's second test of a hypersonic missile in less than a week. Kim asked military scientists to "further accelerate the efforts to steadily build up the country's strategic military muscle both in quality and quantity".
