North Korea revises constitution, now calls South Korea 'hostile state'

North Korea said its constitution now defines the South as a "hostile" state. This is the first time North Korea has confirmed legal changes called for by Kim Jong Un earlier this year. This week, the country blew up roads and railways linking it to the South. Relations between the countries are at one of the lowest points in years.
