North Korea tested a "super-large multiple rocket launcher" on Tuesday, which was observed by the leader Kim Jong-un, the country's state media said. The test was aimed at "measuring the time of combat deployment", the state media added. North Korea carried out the test hours after it offered to resume nuclear talks with the US.
